What is Management Information (MI)?

Management information can be as simple as a periodic set of accounts or a more detailed suite of reports. Typical management information will include reports which plot trends, compare multiple years data and measure KPI’s. As well as reviewing past performance you may also want to project forecasts and cash flow.

To assist you, we can work with you to prepare periodic management accounts as the basis for a management pack. We can then add other key information from around your businesses e.g. departmental reports or sales analysis.

If we already carry out your bookkeeping or you work on Kashflow, the management information can also be pulled together and presented in an agreed format very easily, with little additional cost to you.
