How many sausages can be made in a minute? That is the question local master butcher Liam O’Hagan asked himself and found he had quite a record breaking answer.
Liam made sure O’Hagan’s Sausages kicked Sausage Week off to a great start by breaking the Guinness World Record for the most sausages produced in a minute. Liam managed to produce 44 of the delicious locally sourced pork, ale and watercress sausages in one minute, smashing the previous record of 36 set in June earlier this year.
