Whilst client feedback and timely settlement of our fee invoices is (for the team here) sufficient validation that we continue to meet the needs of our clients and provide a good service at a fair price; you will be pleased to know that as ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) members we do have to undergo a regular, official inspection and review process.
In May this year we welcomed our assessor to The Victoria for the annual ‘medical’ and we are pleased to report that we passed with flying colours. In addition to a clean bill of health on the professional side of our work and the quality of our record keeping, she also commented on how nice it was to see something a little different from a firm of accountants in terms of the website and news we deliver. With so many other firms subscribing to tractor fed news and templated websites ours was felt to be rather unique and refreshing. We hope you all agree!
